Cynthia E. Organ joined Parker, Milliken, Clark, O'Hara & Samuelian as an associate in 2015. She is a member of the firm's litigation practice group. Prior to joining Parker Milliken, Ms. Organ clerked for Chief Justice F. Michael Kruse of the High Court of American Samoa. Before her clerkship, she practiced law at a boutique business and real estate litigation firm in Beverly Hills.
While in law school at the University of Southern California, Ms. Organ served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Phillip S. Gutierrez of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, law clerk at a securities litigation firm and the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, research assistant to Professor Michael Chasalow, and content editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. She received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
Ms. Organ is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Women's Law Association of Los Angeles, American Samoa Bar Association, and Legal Voices, the chorus of the Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic. She is admitted to practice law before all courts in the state of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and in American Samoa.
