Practice Areas

Nadine Tan is an associate at Parker, Milliken, Clark, O'Hara & Samuelian, where she practices business litigation and provides counseling in employment matters. She is a member of the firm’s hiring committee. Previously, Ms. Tan clerked for the Honorable S. James Otero of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

During law school, she was a law clerk at a boutique copyright law firm and an extern at the USC Stevens Center for Innovation, the university’s technology transfer office. Ms. Tan was also a Peer Mentor to incoming law students and served as the Co-Chair of Alumni Relations for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Ms. Tan is a member of the Board of Governors of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association (SCCLA), one of the first Asian Pacific American bar associations organized in the country, where she also serves as the Co-Chair of Communications. She is admitted to practice law before all courts in the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
