- representation of beneficiaries in litigation against trustees,
- representing trustees and beneficiaries in all aspects trust administration
Significant matters
- Obtained summary judgment awarding more than $2 million in insurance proceeds to trustee of trust for members of famous Hollywood family
- Successfully defended trustee of trust set up by iconic author against petition by claimed beneficiary of trust
- Obtained judgment on the pleadings on multiple trust petitions filed by beneficiary against co-trustees
Mr. Weinfeld is a member of the Board of Directors of Harbor Community Health Center in San Pedro, California.
