Benjamin Miles is an associate in Parker Milliken's Litigation and Labor and Employment departments.
His practice focuses on representing employers in complex employment matters such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes, through single-plaintiff and multi-laintiff litigation, class actions, and representative actions under California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). In addition to his employment practice, Ben represents clients in business itigation matters, including breach of contract disputes and construction-related litigation.
Ben served in the Israeli Defense Forces from 2015 to 2017, where he developed strong leadership and analytical skills. During his time at the USC Gould School of Law, he was a staff writer for the USC Gould Business Law Digest, Volume 5.
Ben is fluent in English, Hebrew, and Farsi, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse client base.
