Jadene is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Trusts & Estates Department at Parker Milliken. She has specialized in Trusts & Estates throughout her career, being drawn to the practice because of its applicability to individuals from all walks of life.
Jadene works with her clients to develop effective solutions for each client’s specific estate planning needs, ranging from basic plans using revocable trusts and wills, to sophisticated plans using a variety of techniques for tax efficient transfers of wealth and business succession. Her practice also includes working with individual and corporate fiduciaries on probate and trust administrations, as well as asserting or defending claims in trust and estate controversies, conservatorship and guardianship proceedings, and gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters. This broad experience allows Jadene to recognize and plan around sensitive issues that could otherwise disrupt a client’s planning goals.
