Thomas E. Shuck is a shareholder of the firm with extensive and varied business law and trial experience.  His expertise includes:

He was admitted to the bar in Ohio (1979), in California (1984), and to the U.S. District Courts in both jurisdictions.  He is a member of Legal Committee of the Equipment Lease and Finance Association and its financial and state regulatory sub-committees.  He writes and speaks regularly on industry topics.  He has been a public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) continuously since 1989.
