Juliette Tran joined Parker, Milliken, Clark, O'Hara & Samuelian as a litigation associate in 2019. Previously, she represented public entities in litigation matters, involving breach of contract, premises liability, unlawful detainer, and civil rights claims. She also served as Deputy City Prosecutor for a number of cities in the greater Los Angeles region where she prosecuted violations of the municipal code in criminal, civil and administrative proceedings.
During law school, Ms. Tran served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California as well as the Honorable Kirk H. Nakamura at the Orange County Superior Court. In addition, she was a Chief Comments Editor for UCLAw’s Asian Pacific American Law Journal and served as a Co-Chair for the Public Counsel CARES Clinic.
She is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
